Time to take a holistic approach to "communications"
There's not a manager, business owner, or CEO who at some point in their career has not recognised that if improvement in communications were possible, then many problems could be solved, and many important changes take place with more predictability.
SGC provide 3 types of communications based training and development services:-
- Communication Planning Workshop that enables cross functioning team leaders to work together to create an agreed communications strategy.
- Specific Workshops that are focused on creating a communications strategy for one key issue. For example changes to working practices, or a merger or acquisition.
- An Introduction to how to Create and Manage the Perception of a Business or Organisation, so that the senior team can appreciate the value of being in control of what informs the perception of key internal and external influencers
All the above take place over a day and can include up to 10 delegates
Fees are in the range of £450 to £690
